Paul is the original founder and president of the company. He has spent the last 25 years immersed in the world of technology and can’t wait to help you get to the bottom of your technology issues. With a wide range of skills ranging from computer repair to network and server infrastructure design, Paul can help organize, streamline, and secure your technology for maximum performance and reliability while maintaining an efficient investment.
Paul currently holds CompTIA A+, Server+, Net+, Security+, CIOS, and CNIP certifications.
Vice President & Founder
If a company has a heartbeat, Nicole is it! Behind the scenes, she pulls the strings, keeps employees and clients happy, and keeps the business running. She is the bright smile that lights up the room and bakes the cookies for the Holiday baskets. She also snaps the whip when it needs snapping! Nicole wears many hats. Among them are Mother of three, Scouting board member, Den mom, PTO President, Realtor, and business owner of two businesses!
Digital Marketing Specialist & Administrative Assistant
T’Annah handles both the creative and the practical.
She works in marketing and graphic design, keeping content flowing and followers informed with relevant updates and insights. She brings ideas to life through visuals and messaging, making sure everything stays consistent and on track.
At the same time, she helps keep the day-to-day running making sure invoices are paid and the team has what they need to get the job done.
Lead Technician
James is our most tenured employee and Lead Technician. He works with Paul in the background to make sure that every ticket is handled, every problem is fixed right, and customers are delighted with their service! James handles some of our largest clients daily and is skilled in network design, server administration, O365 administration and migration, and too many other things to list! There’s a good chance if you have worked with LDTech in the last decade, James has come to the rescue!
James currently holds CompTIA A+, Server+, Net+, CIOS and CNIP certifications.
Business Support Technician
Steven brings the expertise and experience of corporate IT from the finance industry. He works with some of our largest clients to solve complex problems with everything from their workstations to Azure Architecture. If you call Steven, you can be assured that he will be there ASAP to fix your issue and leave it working better than before!

Ethan brings experience from both residential and business environments, giving him a well-rounded approach to tech support. He’s great at walking clients through solutions while keeping things stress-free. His focus is always on getting everything running smoothly and making sure you feel confident along the way.

As our most experienced employee in the residential department, Marc knows the ins and outs of desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, and custom-built machines! Got a virus? He’ll squash it! Got a cracked screen? Consider it fixed! Marc has the knowledge and experience to take your computer from a slow, laggy problem to a clean, lean machine!
